Refund policy
Due to covid-19, all returns have been suspended. (unless a defective/ wrong item is received).
Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time, we will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective of damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will be happy to replace the item at no cost to you. Pictures of defective item must be taken and sent to us at shop@getprettygirl.com as proof. A replacement will be shipped out via USPS First Class Shipping within 2-3 days.
Refunds(if applicable)
We will only issue refunds if the items have not yet been shipped or if we are out of stock of what was ordered.
If the customer receives a defective item and no longer wants it, a store credit will be issued within 3 days.
