ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change an order once it is submitted.
Due to covid-19, all returns have been suspended. (unless a defective/ wrong item is received).
Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time, we will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective of damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will be happy to replace the item at no cost to you. Pictures of defective item must be taken and sent to us at email@example.com as proof. A replacement will be shipped out via USPS First Class Shipping within 2-3 days.
We will only issue refunds if the items have not yet been shipped or if we are out of stock of what was ordered.
If the customer receives a defective item and no longer wants it, a store credit will be issued within 3 days.
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Free standard shipping (5-7 Business Days) is provided on all U.S. orders over $50 (sub-total). You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.
(Get Pretty Girl is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.)
International Shipping: Duty and tax charges are responsibility of the purchaser.
