ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change an order once it is submitted.
RETURNS
Buyer is responsible for contacting us via email at shop@getprettygirl.com to initiate return process.
- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 10 days of the delivery of your product. After 10 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.
- A restocking fee of 10% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit ONLY.
- All items must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender.
Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return(s).
DAMAGES
If your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product.
We are not responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a traceable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Free standard shipping (5-7 Business Days) is provided on all U.S. orders over $50 (sub-total). You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.
(Get Pretty Girl is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.)
International Shipping: Duty and tax charges are responsibility of the purchaser.
